The program provides services to help older people stay at home and remain active in the community.
It may be able to help you to get some assistance with daily tasks or basic care.
A wide range of agencies in Victoria provide the service. Each service can be contacted directly for further details.

Commonwealth Home Care Packages
The program provides services to help older people with slightly more complex needs to stay at home and be more independent in the community.
Younger people with a disability, dementia or other special care needs may be eligible for a home care package.

Housing for the Aged Action Group
The Housing for the Aged Action Group ‘s service Home at Last offers free and confidential advice, support and advocacy to older people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or are wanting to plan their housing future.
Home at Last is available to any older person in Victoria on a low income with low assets. We will provide one-to-one assistance to you, or link you into a service that can help.
