Limits for Register of Interest housing
These limits are effective from 1 October 2017.
Income limits
The income limits for the Register of Interest are:

| Single person | $981 |
| Couple, no dependants | $1,501 |
| Family (one or two parents) with dependent children | $2,025 |
Asset limits
The asset limit for Register of Interest is $31,520.
The asset limit goes up to $105,066 for households who need major or full disability modifications. Please contact us for more information about this.
Limits for Priority Access housing
These limits are effective from 1 October 2017.
Income limits
The income limits for Priority Access housing are:

| Couple, no dependants | $949 |
| Family (one or two parents) with one dependent child | $984 |
| Each additional dependant | $34 |
Asset limits
The Priority Access housing asset limit is $5,253.
Note: If you are applying under the Priority Access category of supported housing, you may be exempt from this asset limit. Contact your housing office to find out more.
